The Xigong District Federation of Trade Unions closely follows the strategic deployment of rural revitalization, fully leverages the leading role of model workers, actively mobilizes model worker enterprises in the jurisdiction to fulfill their social responsibilities, opens up high-quality positions for rural labor, and empowers employment assistance with model workers responsibilities.

Henan Dongli Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. actively responded and took the initiative to create 10 high-quality jobs this year, helping more than 70 rural laborers achieve employment. Among these newly employed rural laborers, some have migrated from remote surrounding villages to work in the urban area of Luoyang, some are unable to work in other places due to taking care of their families, and some have previously worked as odd jobs and had unstable incomes. Chen Shengli, the general manager of Henan Dongli Heavy Industry and a provincial model worker, believes that "employment is the greatest livelihood, and it is the responsibility of the enterprise to let villagers stabilize their jobs at home." Over the past decade, Henan Dongli Heavy Industry has absorbed and driven 947 people from surrounding counties and towns to find jobs, and has opened the door to rural labor employment with practical actions.    

Providing job opportunities is only the first step, enabling farmers to truly master skills and achieve stable employment is the key. Henan Dongli Heavy Industry focuses on the transformation of farmers into modern industrial workers, relying on the Chen Shengli Model Worker Innovation Studio, and improving the full chain cultivation mechanism of "pre job training+mentorship+skill enhancement". Through systematic training, precise teaching, and continuous empowerment, it helps rural laborers quickly adapt to their positions, improve their skills, and play an active role in copper aluminum foil strip cutting, copper bar production, and other positions. More than 50 employees have gradually grown into important forces in the production line, achieving both stable employment and career growth.
