Zhang Yujie conducts research on the dual pilot of new technology transformation in the manufacturing industry and digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises

Recently, Mayor Zhang Yujie went deep into the front line of enterprise production to investigate the construction of the dual pilot project for the transformation of new technologies in the manufacturing industry and the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Since last year, our city has taken the opportunity of being selected as a pilot city for new manufacturing technology transformation and a pilot city for digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in China. We have vigorously carried out the "smart transformation from digital to networked" new technology transformation through a combination of point, line, and surface methods, and promoted the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises through "one enterprise, one policy", injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.

The technical renovation project of the copper and copper alloy wide and thick plate production line of China Aluminum Luoyang Copper has entered the stage of material debugging. Zhang Yujie gained a deep understanding of the progress of technological transformation and equipment operation optimization, encouraged enterprises to accelerate project construction progress, strengthen technology integration research and development, promote the localization and substitution of key equipment and materials, and provide demonstration benchmarks for the new technological transformation of the materials industry. At Luoyang Jinlu Hard Alloy Tools Co., Ltd., Zhang Yujie inspected the progress of the production line renovation and requested relevant departments to take the initiative to provide accurate services, strengthen factor guarantees, support the enterprise to deeply cultivate segmented tracks, strengthen and optimize the main business, and continuously enhance market competitiveness and brand influence.

Dongli Heavy Industry is one of the first pilot enterprises for digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in our city. Zhang Yujie conducted on-site inspections of the pilot construction and hoped that the enterprise would base itself on its own reality, complete tasks such as data collection, system integration, and model innovation with high standards, and provide replicable and promotable experience for the pilot construction. Zhang Yujie also visited CIMC Lingyu to learn about the digital transformation of the production line, encouraging enterprises to focus on the new energy track, strengthen advantageous products such as mixer trucks and sanitation vehicles, expand the application scenarios of smart car networking, and empower enterprise transformation and development with digital intelligence.

During the research, Zhang Yujie emphasized the need to make full use of the opportunities presented by the "dual pilot" construction, highlight demonstration leadership, strengthen project support, coordinate the implementation of point transformation and upgrading, promote online chain collaboration, drive the development of surface clusters, and comprehensively enhance the level of digitalization in the manufacturing industry.
