Zhang Lihong joined Dongli Company in 2009 and has grown together with the company for sixteen years. She started out as a production planner, took root in the front line and studied with great concentration, and gradually demonstrated her keen insight into industry trends and excellent business planning capabilities. While serving as the head of the Foreign Trade Department, she promoted the systematic optimization of the production process with a strategic vision, significantly improving operational efficiency and product international competitiveness.       

What is even more remarkable is that she led the team to start from scratch, bravely expand overseas markets, and successfully promote Dongli products to the world. By the end of 2024, a total of 18,000 tons of copper and aluminum strips have been exported. The business network covers 26 countries and regions around the world. The annual export volume exceeds 300 million yuan, realizing the leapfrog development of the company's foreign trade business from "going out" to "going in".
